الهيكل والحركة والمحرك
محوران خلفيان دافعان مع عمود الإدارة، ثم التعليق والهيكل والتوجيه، ومحرك V8 تتحرك مكابسه. كل شيء هنا يدور: ادهن بالشمع حيث يُطلب، وجرّب قبل أن تغلق شيئًا فوقه.
المحوران الخلفيان
أربعة أنصاف محاور
ادهن حلقة 4 بالشمع وأدخلها على نصف محور 5، ثم ادفع نصف المحور في الفتحة الدائرية للحامل 3. اصنع أربعة.

ترس على اثنين وقرص على اثنين
ادهن الترسين 2 بالشمع وركّب كلًّا منهما على طرف نصف محور. وركّب قرصًا 1 على كل من النصفين الآخرين.
العمود الأوسط
على العمود الأوسط 6 ركّب عند كل طرف: حلقة 7 مدهونة بالشمع، ثم حاملًا 8، ثم ترسًا 9 مدهونًا بالشمع.
أغلق صندوق المحور
رتّب أنصاف المحاور الأربعة حول العمود الأوسط بحيث يلتقي كل ترس 9 بترس 2، وثبّتها معًا بالمشبكين 10. أدر نصف محور واحدًا، فيجب أن تدور البقية معه.
ترس الدخل
رصّ الشوكة 12 ثم حلقة 11 مدهونة بالشمع ثم اللوح 13 ثم ترسًا 9 مدهونًا بالشمع.
ترس الدخل على الصندوق
ادفع ترس الدخل في الصندوق حتى يتعشّق مع العمود الأوسط، ثم ركّب اللوح الثاني 13 في الجهة المقابلة.
مشبكان يغلقانه
ادفع المشبكين 14 في جانبي الصندوق. أدر الشوكة، فتدور أنصاف المحاور الأربعة.
عمود الإدارة
مفصلان متحرّكان
اصنع مفصلًا: طرفان 16 على الصليب 15، ثم قرص 17 على كل جانب. اصنع اثنين.
العمود
اجمعها على خط واحد: عمود الطرف 19، ثم مفصل، ثم العمود الأوسط 18، ثم المفصل الآخر.
اللوح الأمامي والترس
ركّب اللوح 21 والحلقة 20 على مقدمة العمود، ثم الفواصل الأربعة 22، ثم ترسًا 23 مدهونًا بالشمع، ثم القرص 24.
العمود في المحور
ادفع مؤخرة عمود الإدارة في شوكة صندوق المحور.
فواصل على أنصاف المحاور
على كل نصف محور من الأربعة: فاصل 25 ثم فاصل 26.
التعليق الخلفي
أربعة أذرع نوابض
أدخل ذراع نابض 27 وحلقة 28 على كل نصف محور، والنوابض متجهة لأعلى. الجزء المشقوق نابض: لا تثنِه إلا في الاتجاه الذي يميل إليه.

أدخل اللوح 35 على مقدمة عمود الإدارة، وادفع الكتلتين 36 في فتحتيه.

ركّب الحامل المقوّس 37 تحت اللوح حول العمود، وثبّته بالمشبكين 38.

صِل اللوح الأمامي بالتعليق الخلفي بالعارضتين الطويلتين 39.
الحامل والأرضية الخلفية
ادفع الحامل 40 عرضيًا على العارضتين، ثم اضغط الأرضية الخلفية 41 فوق الجميع.
الأرضية الوسطى
اضغط الأرضية الوسطى 42 أمامها.

اجمع ذراع التوجيه: 43 و44 والذراعين 45 والوصلة 46.

ادفع القضيب 47 في مقدمة الأرضية، وثبّت الذراع تحته.

ركّب القائم 48 على الذراع 49، والقطعة العلوية 51 فوقه والقطعة السفلية 53 تحته.

ادفع الغطاء 55 على أعلى القائم والمشبك 54 على أسفله.

أدخل حلقة 56 وادفع المفصل في مقدمة الهيكل من اليسار.

صِل المفصل بالهيكل بوصلتين 57، واحدة فوق الأخرى.
ثبّت الوصلتين
مشبكان 58 يثبّتان الوصلتين. حرّك المفصل يمينًا ويسارًا، فيجب أن يتحرك بحرية.
مفصل العجلة الأيمن
المفصل الأيمن صورة معكوسة للأيسر: القائم 48 على الذراع 50، والقطعة العلوية 52، والسفلية 53.
المفصل الأيمن في مكانه
الغطاء 55 في الأعلى، والمشبك 54 في الأسفل، ثم الحلقة 56، وادفعه في مقدمة الهيكل من اليمين.

اضغط اللوح 65 عرضيًا فوق البرجين.

كتلة المحرك
ضع عمود المرفق 70 بين ألواح الأسطوانات الأربعة (67 مرتين، و68 و69)، ثم أغلق الطرفين بلوحي الطرفين 71 و72.
ثمانية مكابس
كل مكبس: ذراع 75 عبر حلقة 74 داخل رأس 73. اصنع ثمانية.

الترس الصغير 76 على أحد طرفي عمود المرفق. وعلى الطرف الآخر: الحلقة 77 ثم الترسان 78 و79 مدهونين بالشمع.
زعانف التبريد
ادفع الزعانف الجانبية الأربع 80 في الكتلة، والمشط العلوي 81 فوقها.
المحرك في الهيكل
أنزل المحرك بين البرجين الأماميين بحيث يلتقي ترسه بترس الإدارة.
ثبّت المحرك
مشبكان 82 من الأسفل يثبّتانه. حرّك الهيكل، فتتحرك المكابس.
قضيب الربط
ثبّت قضيب الربط الطويل 83 تحت المقدمة من مفصل إلى مفصل.
العجلات والمقدمة والغطاء
ست عجلات من طبقات، ثم مقدمة الشاحنة: المصابيح والرفارف والشبكة والمصد الواقي وغطاء محرك يُفتح.
أربع عجلات خلفية
المحور
ادفع أربعة أوتاد 85 في وجه 84 وغطّها بالقطعة 86. الخطوات التالية تصنع عجلة واحدة وستصنع أربعًا، لذا فالقطع أدناه للأربع كلها.
حلقة المداس
ادفع ثلاثة ألسنة 93 في ظهر الوجه، ثم اضغط حلقة المداس 87 فوقها.
الإطار
رصّ ثلاث حلقات إطار 88 فوق الألسنة.
أغلق العجلة
اضغط الحلقة الخلفية 89. انتهت عجلة واحدة، فاصنع أربعًا.

رصّ طبقات المصد: 218 و217 و216 و215 و214.

في كل طرف من إطار المصد وتد دائري. أدخل أربع بكرات 219 على كل وتد وأغلقه بغطاء 220.

القطعة الوسطى 221 والطرفان 222 و223 في الأعلى.
غطاءا الطرفين
أغلق الطرفين بالغطاءين 224.
المصد في مكانه
ادفع المصد تحت الباب الخلفي. اكتمل «جَبَل»: حرّكه ووجّهه وافتح الأبواب والغطاء.

Chassis, drive and engine
Two driven rear axles and their drive shaft, the suspension, the chassis, the steering and a V8 whose pistons move. Everything here turns: wax where it says, and test before you close anything over it.
The rear axles
Four half-axles
Wax a washer 4 and slide it onto a half-axle 5, then push the half-axle through the round hole of a bracket 3. Make four.

A gear on two, a disc on two
Wax both gears 2 and push one onto the end of two half-axles. Push a disc 1 onto the other two.
The centre shaft
On the centre shaft 6: a waxed washer 7, then a holder 8, then a waxed gear 9 at each end.
Close the axle housing
Lay the four half-axles around the centre shaft so each gear 9 meets a gear 2, and clip them together with the two clips 10. Turn one half-axle: the others should turn with it.
The input gear
Stack the yoke 12, a waxed washer 11, the plate 13 and a waxed gear 9.
Input gear onto the housing
Push the input gear into the housing so it meshes with the centre shaft, then fit the second plate 13 on the far side.
Two clips close it
Push the two clips 14 into the housing sides. Turn the yoke: all four half-axles turn.
The drive shaft
Two universal joints
Build a joint: two ends 16 on the cross 15, then a disc 17 on each side. Make two.
The shaft
Join them in a row: the end shaft 19, a joint, the middle shaft 18, the other joint.
The front plate and gear
Push the plate 21 and the washer 20 onto the front of the shaft, then the four spacers 22, a waxed gear 23 and the disc 24.
Shaft into the axle
Push the back of the drive shaft into the yoke of the axle housing.
Spacers on the half-axles
On each of the four half-axles: a spacer 25, then a spacer 26.
The rear suspension
Four spring arms
Slide a spring arm 27 and a washer 28 onto each half-axle, springs pointing up. The slotted part is a spring: bend it only in the direction it wants to go.

Eight pins
Push a pin 29 into each round end of the spring arms: two per arm.
Washers on the pins
A washer 30 on each pin.
The two side rails
Lower a side rail 31 over the pins on each side.
Caps on the pins
Push a cap 32 onto every pin end that comes through the rails.
Clips over the springs
Hook a clip 33 over the top of each spring, first on one side, then the other.
The cross bar
Spread the rails a little with your fingers and drop the bar 34 in, one end first, then the other.
The chassis
Engine-mount plate
Slide the plate 35 over the front of the drive shaft and push the two blocks 36 into its slots.
Bracket and clips
Fit the curved bracket 37 under the plate around the shaft, and lock it with the two clips 38.
The long rails
Join the front plate to the rear suspension with the two long rails 39.
Bracket and rear floor
Push the bracket 40 across the rails, then press the rear floor 41 down onto everything.
Middle floor
Press the middle floor 42 down in front of it.
The steering
Steering linkage
Build the linkage: 43, 44, the two arms 45 and the link 46.
Linkage under the front
Push the bar 47 into the front of the floor and mount the linkage under it.
Left knuckle
Stack the upright 48 on the arm 49, with the top piece 51 above and the bottom piece 53 below.
Cap and clip
Push the cap 55 onto the top of the upright and the clip 54 onto the bottom.
Left knuckle on
Slide a washer 56 on and push the knuckle into the front-left of the chassis.
Two links
Connect the knuckle to the chassis with two links 57, one above the other.
Lock the links
Two clips 58 hold the links on. Swing the knuckle left and right: it should move freely.
Right knuckle
The right knuckle is the mirror of the left: upright 48 on the arm 50, top 52, bottom 53.
Right knuckle on
Cap 55 on top, clip 54 below, washer 56, and push it into the front-right.

Two links 57 and two clips 58, as on the left.
The front suspension
Two spring towers
Each tower: a spring comb 62 against an arm (59 on one side, 60 on the other), a washer 61 through them, and a cap (63 or 64) on the end.
Towers onto the front
Stand the towers in their slots on each side of the front.
Plate between the towers
Press the plate 65 across the tops of both towers.
Small clips
Push the small clips 66 into the slots around the front, as in the picture.
The V8 engine
The engine block
Lay the crankshaft 70 between the four cylinder plates (67 twice, 68 and 69), then close both ends with the end plates 71 and 72.
Eight pistons
Each piston: a rod 75 through a ring 74 into a head 73. Make eight.

Pistons into the bores
Hook the pistons onto the crankshaft, four on each side, and let the heads drop into the bores. Turn the crankshaft: the pistons go up and down.
Engine gears
The small gear 76 on one end of the crankshaft. On the other end: the washer 77, then the two waxed gears 78 and 79.
Cooling fins
Push the four side fins 80 into the block and the top comb 81 over them.
Engine into the chassis
Lower the engine between the front towers so its gear meets the drive gear.
Lock the engine
Two clips 82 underneath hold it. Roll the chassis: the pistons move.
Tie rod
Clip the long tie rod 83 under the front, from knuckle to knuckle.
Wheels, nose and bonnet
Six layered wheels, then the front of the truck: headlights, fenders, grille, bull bar and a bonnet that opens.
Four rear wheels
The hub
Push four pegs 85 into a face 84 and cap them with 86. The next steps make one wheel; you will make four, so the parts below are for all four.
The tread ring
Push three tabs 93 into the back of the face, then press the tread ring 87 over them.
The tyre
Stack three tyre rings 88 over the tabs.
Close the wheel
Press the back ring 89 on. One wheel is done: make four.

Push a wheel onto each end of the middle axle and hold it with a cap 90.
Wheels on the rear axle
The same on the rear axle. Push the truck along the table: all four turn the drive shaft.

Four pegs 92 into a face 84, capped with 91. Parts below are for both front wheels.
Tread ring
Three tabs 93 into the back of the face, then a tread ring 87 over them.
Tyre and back ring
Three tyre rings 88 and a back ring 89. Make two.

Front wheels on
Push them onto the knuckles and hold each with a cap 90. Steer: both wheels turn together.
The nose
Two front uprights
Each upright: a cross piece 95 between the two sides 94 and 96. Make two.
Uprights on
Stand one on each side of the engine.
Left headlight
The engraved panel 98 takes the small piece 97, then 101 and 100 behind it.
Left headlight on
Push it into the front-left corner.
Right headlight
The mirror: panel 99 with 97, 101 and 100, into the front-right corner.
Left fender
Join the arch 102 to the fender 104 with two pins 103, then push the fender on over the front-left wheel.
Right fender
The same with the fender 105, on the right.
The grille
Put the grille 108 and its backing 107 together on the two legs 106, then press the bumper 109 under them.
Skid plate
The skid plate 110 takes the two clips 111 and the two side wedges 112.
The nose onto the truck
Clip the skid plate under the grille and push the whole nose onto the front.
Bull bar
The two bars 113 and 114 between the two ends 115.
Bull bar on, and the bay bar
Push the bull bar onto the bumper, and the bar 116 across the engine bay.
The bonnet
Bonnet underside
Turn the bonnet 117 over. Push the two blocks 119 into its top and the two hinge tabs 118 into its underside.
Raised strips
Press the two strips 120 onto the top.
Front strip
The front strip 121 across the nose of the bonnet.
The scoop
Stack 123 on the two combs 122, then 124 and 125, and push the scoop up through the bonnet from below.
Vent
Press the vent strip 126 into the back of the bonnet.
Side rails
A hinge block 127 on each side rail 128, then the rails onto the bonnet edges.
Bonnet on
Drop the bonnet onto the front. Lift it: it opens on its hinges.
The cab
Seats, two sides with four doors that open, the dashboard with its steering wheel, and the roof. The two sides are mirror images: build the left completely, then the right.
Console and seats
Floor bracket
The two pieces 131 on 129 and 130, pushed into the floor.
Centre console
The two sides 132 and 133 into the floor, the small pieces 135 and 134 between them, and the engraved top 136.
Two front seats
Each seat: the seat 139 and the back 140 between the two sides 137 and 138, the headrest 141 on top. Make two.
Seats in
Push both seats into the floor.
Rear bench
The seat 144 and back 145 between the sides 142 and 143, headrests 146 on top.
Bench in
Push the bench into the floor and the two rods 147 across the floor.
The left side
Side frame
Push the post 149 into the frame 148, and the frame down onto the step 150.
Front door hinge
Wax the two knuckles 152, put the centre piece 153 between them, and push them into the door 154. Swing it: it must turn freely.
Hang the front door
Hang the door on the frame and push the inner pieces 155, 156 and 158 into the frame.
Blocks and bar
Two blocks 159 on the inside, and the bar 160 across the top.
Door skin and window
Press the outer skin 161 onto the door, then the window frame 163 above it.
Handle and rear door hinge
A handle 164 on the front door. Rear door: two waxed knuckles 152 and the centre piece 165 into the door 167.
Hang the rear door
Hang it behind the post.
Inner pieces
168 and 169 into the frame, and two blocks 159.
Bar, skin and handle
The bar 170 across the top, the outer skin 171 on the door, the handle 164.
Rear window
Press the window frame 173 on.
Left side onto the floor
Line the four tabs under the side up with their slots and press the whole side down evenly until it sits flat. It is a tight joint on purpose.

Press the cowl 174 into the front of the cab.

Push the column 175 through the dashboard 177, then 176, 178, 179, 180 and the steering wheel 181 on it.

Press the dashboard into the cab behind the cowl.
Back wall
Press the back wall 182 down between the two sides.
Roof pillars
The two pillars 183 and 184 run from the cowl over the doors to the back wall. Seat every tab.
The roof
Turn the roof 185 over: the two clips 186 and the bridge 187 into its underside, the small clip 188 into the bridge.
Windscreen frame and roof
Push the windscreen frame 189 onto the front of the roof, and press the roof onto the cab.
The bed
The pickup bed with its sides and tail-lights, the sports bar, a tailgate that opens and the rear bumper.

Two cross members
Each: a beam 190 between two ends 191. Make two and press them onto the rear chassis.
Bed rails
The two rails 192 along the cross members.
Inner walls
The two walls 193 onto the rails.
Top rails
The two top rails 194 along the walls.
Left bed side
Join the arch 195 to the side 197 with two pins 196.
Left tail-light
Slot 200 into 199 and press 202 on top, then push the light onto the back end of the side.
Left side on
Press the side onto the bed.
Right bed side
The arch 195 on the side 198 with two pins 196.
Right tail-light
Slot 201 into 199 and press 203 on top, then push the light onto the back end of the side.
Right side on, and the corner posts
Press the right side on, then the two posts 204 and 205 behind the cab.
Sports bar, tailgate and bumper
Sports bar
The two braces 206 and 207, from the posts along the bed sides.
Tailgate
The inner 211 and outer 209 panels with the two spacers 210 between them, the knob 212 and the handle 208.
Tailgate on
Wax the two hinges 213 and push one onto the back end of each bed side. Lower the tailgate into them from above. It opens down.
Bumper frame
Stack the bumper layers: 218, 217, 216, 215 and 214.
Rollers
The bumper frame has a round peg at each end. Slide four rollers 219 onto each peg and close it with a cap 220.
Bumper top
The centre 221 and the two ends 222 and 223 on top.
End caps
Close both ends with the caps 224.
Bumper on
Push the bumper under the tailgate. Jabal is finished: roll it, steer it, open the doors and the bonnet.
